Yukon BMX Volunteers

 

  • Yukon BMX Raceway is completely run by volunteers. The volunteers are the heart and soul of our track. We are always seeking new volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please see any board member and they will help you get started. Below is a list of jobs we need volunteers for during races, practices and other times. All of these jobs are easy and we will gladly train you. Please get involved so the kids can race. No volunteers=No race. Here is a video of some of our volunteers from the 2008 race season, thank you so much for volunteering:

    Race Days:

  • Gate Starter

  • Announcer

  • Stager

  • 3 Turn Officials

  • Finish Line

  • Concessions

  • Sign up's/Registration

  • Awards

    Practice Days:

  • Gate Starter

  • Concessions

    Work Days we need help:

  • Mowing

  • Weed eating

  • Watering the track

  • Raking

  • Cleaning the building, etc.

Yukon BMX Raceway is operated by the non-prifit 501 (c)(3) organization known as the Yukon BMX Parents and Riders Association and is sanctioned by the ABA.
