Join us for our 3rd annual Full Moon Race Series! Races will be held on each Full Moon of the month from May to October of the 2010 race season.

Event times will be 6:30-7:30 sign ups with racing beginning as soon as possible. (during the school year races will run fast so we are not out too late)

Race dates:

 #2 June 26th

#3 July 26th

    #4 August 24th

          #5 September 23rd

       #6 October 23rd

                        #7 October 29th Final Full Moon race and celebration!

*Make up dates will be held on the date set by the Yukon BMX Board.

Full Moon event points will be awarded as follows:

1st-24 points; 2nd-21 points; 3rd-18 points; 4th-15 points; 5th-12 points; 6th-9 points; 7th-6 points; 8th-3 points

Full moon points are separate from regular ABA points. You will still be receiving ABA points at each Full Moon race in addition to the special Full Moon points awarded by Yukon BMX for this series only. We will be taking your best 5 out of 7 scores to determine the Full Moon top point earners of the series.

Entry fee: There is a one time $10 fee to enter the series, this is to be eligible for the special full moon series points and awards. Each race you will still be responsible for regular race fees.

Awards: Each person who pays their $10 entry fee and races at least 5 out of 7 Full Moon races will receive a specially designed Full Moon T-shirt. We will also be awarding prizes for the 1st-3rd overall point winners at the end of the series. (T-shirts will be handed out at the final Full Moon race)

Ties will be broken by:

a. Total number of best finishes

b. Total number of riders in class

c. Total number of races attended

Anyone who races in all 7 Full Moon races will receive a special award. (We will have a variety of gift cards to choose from)Everyone who pays an entry for the series will receive a series certificate.

We will be giving awards for 1st-3rd overall point winners.

1st place: Kodak playsport waterproof camcorder

2nd place: Ipod

3rd place: Digital camera
